These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and winbid ("winbid", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at winbid.onl. These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the winbid platform, including but not limited to account creation, deposits, withdrawals, participation in games and betting markets, use of promotional offers, and all communications with winbid's support team.

By completing the account registration process, depositing funds, or accessing any game or betting market on winbid, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms form a binding contract between you and winbid from the moment of account creation. winbid reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle, including at the time of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Players are required to cooperate fully with all verification requests. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period specified by winbid may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on winbid. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. winbid employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate account registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, winbid reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any bonuses, winnings, or pending withdrawals connected to those accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your account and must promptly notify winbid of any changes via the support team at [email protected].

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. winbid will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact winbid's support team immediately.

• One account per person: Multiple registrations by the same individual are prohibited.
• Accurate information: All registration details must be truthful and current.
• Account security: You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account credentials.
• Non-transferable: winbid accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other party.
• No account sharing: You must not permit any other person to access or use your winbid account.

winbid supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Visa/Mastercard where applicable. All transactions on winbid are processed exclusively in BDT. winbid does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit funds into the same winbid account, and only to the account registered in the player's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. winbid reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds evidence.

winbid does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside winbid's control. Players are advised to check their payment provider's fee schedule independently. winbid will not be liable for fees applied by third-party payment processors.

winbid offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general conditions apply to all winbid bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available only to players who meet the eligibility criteria specified for each promotion. winbid reserves the right to limit or exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.

• Expiry: All bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in their specific terms. Expired bonuses are forfeit and cannot be reinstated.

All games available on the winbid platform — including but not limited to live casino tables, slot games, crash games such as Captain Fisher and Mines Gold, and sports betting markets — are governed by the rules of the respective game provider or sportsbook. In the event of a technical fault, server outage, or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, winbid reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. winbid's decision in such circumstances is final. winbid will not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings resulting from a technical interruption.

• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game or market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game interface before play commences.
• Bet settlement: Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding an official result, winbid reserves the right to suspend settlement pending clarification.
• Malfunction voids play: Any malfunction of software or hardware that affects a game outcome renders that game round void. Affected stakes will be returned to the player's account balance.
• Disconnection policy: winbid is not responsible for losses incurred due to the player's internet disconnection during active gameplay. Players are advised to ensure a stable connection before placing bets.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the winbid platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, voiding of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with winbid.
• Accessing the platform or placing bets while under the age of 18 years.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts, or assisting another person to do so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes or exploit promotional offers collectively.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform. Any such vulnerability must be reported immediately to [email protected].
• Using the platform to launder money, process fraudulent transactions, or channel funds derived from unlawful activities.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward winbid staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code or underlying logic of any winbid software or game.
• Circumventing geolocation restrictions, IP blocks, or account restrictions through the use of VPNs, proxies, or similar tools.

winbid is committed to promoting responsible gambling and player wellbeing. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity. winbid provides a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, all of which are available directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session reminders: Players may configure time-based reminders that appear during active gameplay to encourage regular breaks.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of confirmation and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period.

• Detection of multiple accounts registered by the same individual.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, winbid reserves the right to void any bonus funds, pending withdrawals, or winnings associated with the prohibited conduct. Legitimate balances not connected to the breach will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following the completion of any applicable investigation. All content on the winbid platform — including but not limited to the winbid brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is the exclusive property of winbid or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the winbid platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other licence or right is granted. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any winbid content without winbid's prior written consent.

winbid does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or free of interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or third-party service outages may result in temporary unavailability. winbid will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and to communicate planned maintenance in advance where practicable.

winbid collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account on winbid, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. winbid does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

winbid implements industry-standard technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data transmissions between your device and the winbid platform are encrypted using 256-bit SSL technology. Players have the right to request access to their personal data, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of their data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

winbid reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
